Comply with Law and Maintain Permits. The Corporation will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply with applicable laws and obtain and maintain all permits, licenses, consents and approvals necessary to the ownership of its property and to the conduct of its business in each jurisdiction where it carries on business or owns property.
