Common use of Comply with Law Clause in Contracts

Comply with Law. Licensee shall comply at all times during its use and occupancy of the License Area with all ordinances, laws, and regulations affecting the use and occupancy thereof, including the maximum occupancy ordinance. Licensee shall not allow the License Area to be used for any unlawful purpose, nor shall Licensee cause, maintain, or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the License Area.
