Composition of Committee. A Union/Management Committee shall be established. The Employer and the Union shall each appoint two (2) representatives to the Union/Management Committee.
Composition of Committee. A Union/Management Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Agreement. The Employer and the Union shall each appoint a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) representatives to the Union/Management Committee. Where there are fewer than four (4) nurses employed at a worksite, then the number of Union and management representatives may be limited to one each with an alternate.
Composition of Committee. To accomplish this end, a labor/management committee shall be composed of representatives of the Employer and of the Union. Said employees shall be allowed to attend the labor/management meetings. Said committee shall attempt to meet for the purpose of discussing and facilitating the resolution of issues which may arise between the parties other than those for which another procedure is provided by law or other provisions of this Agreement.

Composition of Committee. The Joint Benefits Committee shall be composed of an equal number of representatives from the Employer and from the Association, with up to six (6) representatives in total. At meetings of the Committee, each party may be accompanied by an actuary or other resource persons to provide technical advice and counsel.
Composition of Committee. There is hereby established a Labor Relations Advisory Committee (LRAC). This committee shall be composed of three (3) Association representatives, three (3) Washington State Patrol management representatives, not including one (1) member of the Employer's Labor Relations staff, who will serve the committee as its coordinator and as the meeting facilitator. Additionally, the Employer and the Association may have in attendance at the meetings of the LRAC its choice of labor representative for the purpose of counseling their respective representatives.
Composition of Committee. The Joint Consultation Committee shall consist of up to three (3) members each from the University and the Faculty Association. The three members of the University shall include the Vice President Academic and the Vice President Finance and Administration. The three members of the Faculty Association shall include the President and the Vice President of the Faculty Association. Either party may call upon additional persons, as required, provided the other party is provided with at least two (2) business days’ notice.
Composition of Committee. This Committee shall be composed of three (3) employees designated by the Union and three (3) persons designated by the Employer. The numbers may be reduced by mutual agreement between the parties. An officer or representative(s) of the Union may attend the meetings as a consultant. The Employer may also appoint a person(s) as a consultant(s).
Composition of Committee. The Committee shall be composed of an equal number of representatives from the Employer and from the OPSEU, with not more than eight (8) representatives in total. At meetings of the Committee, each party may be accompanied by an Actuary to provide technical advice and counsel.
