COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE Sample Clauses

COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE. The Contractor shall provide Commercial Automobile Liability insurance which shall include coverages for liability arising out of the use of owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles for performance of the Work as required to be licensed under the California or any other applicable state vehicle code. The Commercial Automobile Liability insurance shall have not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence and shall apply to all operations of the Contractor. The Commercial Automobile Liability policy shall name the Owner and its Council, officers, agents and employees while acting within the scope of their employment, as additional insureds with the Contractor, and shall insure against liability for death, bodily injury, or property damage resulting from the performance of this Agreement. The form of evidence of insurance shall be a Certificate of Insurance acceptable to the Owner or a Certified True and Correct copy of the entire original policy acceptable to the Owner. The Additional Insured Endorsement is to be on an ISO form CG 20 10 11 85, or an ISO form CG 20 10 04 13 (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage as approved by the Owner) and an ISO form CG 20 37 04 13 (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage as approved by the Owner). The policy shall also be endorsed to include Transportation Pollution Liability insurance, covering materials to be transported by the Contractor pursuant to this contract. This coverage may also be provided on the Contractors’ Pollution Liability policy. In addition, the MCS-90 and CA 99 48 endorsements are required for hazardous materials/waste transporters.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
