COMPREHENSIVE BENEFIT PACKAGE THROUGH THE TRUST. The Employer shall provide employee health care, dental, prescription drug and vision benefits through the SEIU Healthcare NW Health Benefits Trust (“Trust”) during the complete life of this Agreement and any extension thereof. The Employer, the Trust, and the carriers participating in the Trust shall coordinate to provide benefit plan design and enrollment information to eligible employees.
