Computation of Costs. It is mutually agreed by the Parties hereto that preliminary and design engineering costs shall be computed as five percent (5%) of the estimated construction costs and that construction engineering costs shall be computed as ten percent (10%) of the estimated construction costs.
Computation of Costs. The score for the cost proposal will be computed by dividing the lowest cost bid received by the Bidders total cost. Then the resultant number will be multiplied by the maximum possible points and rounded to the nearest whole number for the cost section.
