Computation of Periods. If the final day of any period of time in any provision of this Agreement falls upon a day that is not a business day, then the time of such period will be extended to the next business day. Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described in this Agreement, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period is so computed is to be included. As used in this Agreement, the term "business day" means any day of the week other than a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday observed by federally insured banks in the state where the Land is located or by the United States Postal Service.
