Computer Console. Shall be a Norstar/Mid-Tech TASC Model 6300 or suitable alternate. Computer shall automatically maintain operator programmed output rates for each chemical injection pump within a range of plus or minus two percent (2%). The console shall operate a minimum of three (3) chemical injection pumps. When spray width or vehicle speed changes, the computer will automatically adjust the chemical pump output within 5-tenths of a second. The computer will allow the operator to manually change rates on the go by maintaining primary and secondary application rates for each chemical injection pump. The system shall be capable of automatically adjusting carrier flow rate proportional to spray width as boom solenoid switches are turned on and off. The console shall monitor spray width for minimum of nine (9) spray section. Each section shall be programmable in 1-inch increments from 0 to 99 feet. Console shall receive ground speed and distance input from a skid mounted radar unit: 3.2.10.1 During normal operation the computer shall display the following: 3.2.10.1.1 Each open solenoid valve. 3.2.10.1.2 Width of each spray head/boom section. 3.2.10.1.3 Primary and secondary application rates for each chemical injection pump in ounces per acre. 3.2.10.1.4 Total ounces of chemical dispensed by each injection pump. 3.2.10.1.5 Actual and simulated test speed of vehicle. 3.2.10.1.6 Distance sprayed in feet/miles. 3.2.10.1.7 Total area sprayed in acres. 3.2.10.1.8 GPM of carrier when stationary and gallons per acre when moving. 3.2.10.1.9 Automatically scan information available on LCD screen. 3.2.10.2 When an uncontrolled condition occurs, the computer shall display the following fault diagnostic information: 3.2.10.2.1 Identify malfunctioning chemical pump. 3.2.10.2.2 Indicate chemical pump shutdown. 3.2.10.2.3 Indicate pump running out of programmed operating range.

  • Computer Access Where possible, providing no additional costs are incurred by the Employer, one (1) authorized representative of each Union shall be entitled to submit for posting on the Employer's electronic communication system one electronic Union notice per month for members of the bargaining unit. The Employer shall determine the method of distribution. The Employer shall review all proposed notices and retain a discretion not to post any notice that it deems unlawful or contrary to the Employer’s interests, which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • COMMERCIAL COMPUTER SOFTWARE If performance involves acquisition of existing computer software, the following Company Exhibit is incorporated by reference: CCS Commercial Computer Software License (Company – July 2010).

  • Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables The Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide such access to any Noteholder or Certificateholder only in such cases where a Noteholder or a Certificateholder is required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at offices of the Servicer designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 4.03 shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 4.03 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 4.03.
