Computer Equipment and Software. You will need computer hardware and software sufficient to enable you to access the Internet. You will need to have an Internet service provider and updated browser that is SSL compliant (128 bit encryption) which includes a majority of the available Internet browsers. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of the computer and browser software. The risk of error, failure, or non-performance is your risk and includes the risk that you do not operate the computer and software properly. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, whether caused by your equipment or software, the services, or any technical or editorial errors contained in or omissions from any user guide related to the services. We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the installation, use, or maintenance of your equipment, software, or the services, except where the law requires a different standard. Unavailable, Delayed, or Inaccurate Account Information The credit union strives to provide complete, accurate, and timely account information through the Service. However, unless otherwise required by Law, we will not be liable to you if any such information is unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. With respect to electronic funds transfer problems, such as unauthorized transfers or the credit union’s failure to properly complete authorized transfers, the extent of our liability is described in this Agreement. New Services We may, from time to time, introduce new services or enhance the existing services. We will notify you when these new or enhanced services are available. By using these services when they become available, you agree that they will be governed by these Terms, Conditions, and Disclosures, as well as any additional terms, conditions, and disclosures we provide to you. Signing Up for the Service To use Internet Banking you must have an account with the credit union that is in good standing. To use the Xxxx Payment Service you must have an active share draft account. You can activate any of these services through the credit union’s website. You will establish “Log In” credentials on the credit union’s website. Access Code We are committed to the security of our membersaccounts and account information. Computer Equipment and Software. TO ACCESS THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICES To use the Online Banking Services, Client must have a sufficiently powerful computer hardware and appropriate software as described in the Supporting Documents. Some Online Banking Services may require Client to download software from Bank’s website; in some cases, Bank may place software on Client’s computer as part of Bank’s security and/or user verification tools. ACCESS TO ACCOUNT DATA Subject to system limitations, Client can obtain balance and other Account information through the Online Banking Services. Since certain information and transactions may not be processed by Bank until after the close of Bank’s business day, some transactions may not be reflected in the online banking system (“System”) until the next banking day. Posted items may be reversed due to insufficient funds, stop payment orders, legal process, and other reasons. Certain balances also may not be subject to immediate withdrawal. Bank assumes no responsibility for any loss arising from incomplete information or for any temporary interruption in the System. If Client is unable to access the System for any reason, Client may contact Client’s branch of Account for account information.
Computer Equipment and Software. 5.4.1 The Company has in force maintenance contracts for all items of computer hardware (including operating systems) and software support contracts for all items of software which it uses and there is no reason to believe that these maintenance and support contracts will not be renewed by the other contracting party upon their expiry (if so required by the Company) upon substantially similar terms to those now applicable.

Customer is responsible for maintaining its computer and Equipment (including those provided by or through Bank for use with Services) in good working order. Customer has no rights or ownership in any software provided by or through Bank and shall not transfer, copy, alter, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, or convey in any manner, in whole or in part, any such software. Customer shall return all software and User Guides associated with any software upon request. BANK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY BANK.

Bank shall not be responsible for any errors, deletions, or failures that occur as a result of any malfunction of your computer or software, nor will Bank be responsible for any computer virus that affects your computer or the software while using the service. By accessing the service through the World Wide Web, you agree that Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs, expenses or damages (including lost savings or profits, lost data, business interruptions or attorney’s fees). Bank requires the use of browsers that provide encryption using a 128-bit key. Bank recommends that Clients protect their valuable financial information by using the most secure encryption available. Bank is not liable for losses resulting from the use of 40-bit encryption. If you elect to use encryption using less than a 128-bit key, this will imply your acceptance of all associated risk.

You agree to be bound by and to comply with any requirements or other instructions that we may provide to you in connection with the Services.
Computer Equipment and Software. You understand that to use Bank Online Services you need a computer or mobile device with access to the Internet. You must first obtain access to the Internet with compatible hardware, software and web browser. Bank requires you to use a web browser that supports adequate security measures including SSL encryption technology or additional security measures as Bank may require, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10 and above, or the most current version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Bank also requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or newer to access pdf documents. Obtaining and maintaining adequate Internet access is your responsibility, and you are solely responsible for all Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) fees and costs. You understand that the Bank is not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with your use of the Internet in general or your use of IBC Bank Online services via the Internet.

The Bank shall not be responsible for any errors, deletions, or failures that occur as a result of any malfunction of your computer or software, nor will the Bank be responsible for any computer virus that affects your computer or the software while using Citizens e-Branch Banking. THE CREDIT UNION DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES ON EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE, OR WITH RESPECT TO YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of any software and your computer. Air Force FCU will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service, Internet service, software installation, or your computer. The Credit Union is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, whether caused by your equipment, your software, or CyberMAT. The Credit Union is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the installation, use, or maintenance of your equipment, your software, or CyberMAT, except where the law requires a different standard. You agree to be bound by and to comply with any requirement in any user’s guide, instructional manual, or other instructions that we may provide to you in connection with CyberMAT.
Computer Equipment and Software. 1.33.1 Each Target Company has the right and authority to use the Information Technology. Together with the benefit of the Information Technology services to be provided under the Transition Services Agreement for the duration of the term thereof, the Target Companies will continue to enjoy the use of the Information Technology used in the Target Companies’ Businesses as at the Execution Date and the Closing Date.
