COMPUTERSHARE TRUST COMPANY. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, knowledge or information acquired by Computershare Trust Company, National Association, in any particular capacity hereunder, shall not be imputed to Computershare Trust Company, National Association in any of its other capacities hereunder or to Computershare Trust Company, National Association, acting in a capacity that is unrelated to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
