Common use of Concentra-Prepared Tax Returns Clause in Contracts

Concentra-Prepared Tax Returns. To the extent that any Concentra Prepared Return directly relates to matters affecting any Select Prepared Return (including any refund or other Tax Attribute to which a member of the Select Consolidated Group is entitled), Concentra shall prepare (or cause to be prepared) the relevant portion of such Tax Return on a basis consistent with past practice (except as required by applicable Law). Concentra shall notify Select of any such portions not prepared on a basis consistent with past practice.
