Concurrent Use Sample Clauses

Concurrent Use. This lease is subject to reasonable concurrent uses as provided under Article VIII, Section 8 of the Constitution of the State of Alaska. The concurrent user who is found to be at fault for damage or injury arising from noncompliance with the terms governing the user's concurrent use is liable for damages and the user's interest is subject to forfeiture or termination by the lessor. In this context, the term "concurrent user" includes the lessee and any other person or entity who lawfully uses the land subject to this lease, but does not include the State of Alaska.
Concurrent Use. The MSDPT reserves the right to rent other parts of the facilities operated by the MSDPT at the same time as the rental of Premises to the Lessee. The use of the lobby, vestibules, foyers, hallways, lounges, concession areas and other public rooms and facilities that may be made available to the Lessee at the discretion of the MSDPT shall be concurrent with the use of such others as the MSDPT may determine; provided that such renting to others shall not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Premises by the Lessee. The Lessee understands and acknowledges that the Lessee has no rights whatsoever to enter or use the areas in the Premises except as provided in this Agreement or any other areas except those which are determined and agreed upon in writing prior to, or during, the Pre-Event Planning Meeting.
Concurrent Use. The MSDWC reserves the right to rent other parts of the facilities operated by the MSDWC at the same time as the rental of Premises to the Lessee. The use of the lobby, vestibules, hallways, box office, lounges and other public rooms and facilities that may be made available to the Lessee at the discretion of the MSDWC shall be concurrent with the use of such others as the MSDWC may determine; provided that such renting to others shall not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Premises by the Lessee. The Lessee understands and acknowledges that the Lessee has no rights whatsoever to enter or use the areas in the Auditorium comprising the administration offices of the Auditorium, the TD’s Office, the mechanical rooms or any other areas except those which are determined and agreed upon in writing prior to, or during, the Pre-Event Planning Meeting.
Concurrent Use. If you have licensed a “Concurrent-User” version of the Software, you may install the Software on any compatible computers, up to ten (10) times the Permitted Number of users, provided that only the Permitted Number of users actually use the Software at the same time. The Permitted Number of concurrent users shall be delineated at such time as you elect to purchase the Software licenses.
Concurrent Use. You may not install the Software in any way, which would permit or authorize the Software to be used by more than the maximum number of concurrent users purchased for the Software. Concurrent Use. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that the Facility is customarily used by more than one party concurrently, and agrees to allow LPTS to exercise its sole discretion to moderate sound volume of the Event, whether consisting of live or recorded music, electronically amplified sound, or loud or obnoxious crowd noise. Xxxxxx agrees to cooperate with the efforts of LPTS to control sound volume for the benefit of all renters of the Facility.
Concurrent Use a license or right to use the Software by a specified number of users, provided the number of users accessing or using the Software at the same time do not exceed the number of valid software activations identified in the Order Form.
Concurrent Use. Use of the Facilities is subject to concurrent use of a portion of the premises by no more than ten (10) employees of SGS-Thomson as previously agreed to by Weitek and RSS. Weitek agrees to establish, subject to the reasonable approval of RSS, procedures to isolate any employee of SGS-Thomson from any work produced by or performed by Weitek or the employees of RSS hereunder and to isolate any employee of RSS from any work produced by or performed by Weitek or SGS-Thomson pursuant to the agreements between Weitek and SGS-Thomson. Weitek and RSS agree to adhere to such procedures at all times, to cause their respective employees to adhere to such procedures, and Weitek agrees to cause employees of SGS-Thomson to adhere to such procedures, during the term of this Agreement.
Concurrent Use. The buildings and grounds of the College are primarily used for educational purposes. In addition, the College may rent other parts of the Facility that are not included within the rented areas covered by this Agreement. The College reserves the right to make general public address announcements, post information and notices, and distribute literature concerning future events to be held by the College or other event holders at the Facility during Facility User’s utilization of the premises.
Concurrent Use. Xelr8 has used the XELR8 Xxxx in connection with the XELR8 Goods in the XELR8 Trade Channels since September of 2005. PouchTec has used the PouchTec Xxxx in connection with the PouchTec Goods in the PouchTec Trade Channels since March of 1995. Neither party is aware of any instances of actual consumer confusion between the XELR8 Xxxx and the PouchTec Xxxx while the Marks have been used concurrently.
