Condemnation Proceedings; Roadways. Transferor has received no notice of any condemnation or eminent domain proceeding pending or threatened against the Property or any part thereof. Transferor has no knowledge of any change or proposed change in the route, grade or width of, or otherwise affecting, any street or road adjacent to or serving the Real Property. To the best of Transferor's knowledge, no fact or condition exists which would result in the termination or material impairment of access to the Real Property from adjoining public or private streets or ways or which could result in discontinuation of presently available or otherwise necessary sewer, water, electric, gas, telephone or other utilities or services.
