Condition of Use. Statistics Canada may modify this agreement at any time with respect to the Licensee’s right to use the CIHI Files and related documentation and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the Statistics Canada Website.
Condition of Use. You may not perform any act or may fall under any of the followings in relation to the Services.
a) Any act that is illegal or otherwise violate applicable law, or any other act that violates rules that are generally observed on the internet.
b) Any act that causes disadvantage, inconvenience, discomfort, or damage to Viveport or a third party.
c) Any act that re-provides the Services to a third party without the permission of Viveport, regardless of whether it is done for a fee or free of charge.
d) Any act that slanders or defames Viveport or a third party or that damages the honor, trust, privacy, and other moral interests of Viveport or a third party, or an act that infringes upon human rights or endorses, invites, cooperates with, encourages, or incites infringement on human rights.
e) Any act that infringes upon the Intellectual Property Rights, etc., of Viveport or a third party.
f) Any act that deceives, misleads, defrauds, xxxxxxx, or commits or attempts to commit identity theft.
g) Any act that violates any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.
h) Any act of harming Viveport or a third party such as by using viruses, spyware or malware, worms, trojan horses, time bombs or any other such malicious codes or instructions.
i) Any act of wrongfully using or stealing an ID or password, or an act of using the Services by impersonating another.
j) Any act of gathering, duplicating, altering, or deleting the information of a third party that can be accessed from the Services in excess of the manner of use anticipated by the Services.
k) Any act of sending, posting, etc., message content by e-mail, etc., that will cause unpleasant feelings by the receiver (this includes, but is not limited to, specified email and unsolicited email).
l) Any act of wrongfully surveying, gathering, using, disclosing, or providing personal information or privacy information without the clear consent of the information’s owner.
m) Any act that imposes an excessive burden on or interferes with the Services’ operation.
n) Any act of disintegrating, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering a program or application included in the Services, or an act of deciphering a source code by any other method.
o) Any act of degrading, intimidating, incite violence against, or encourage prejudicial action against someone or a group based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, geographic location or other protected category.

Condition of Use. School facilities shall be rented only to individuals or organizations that are financially responsible for all possible obligations. If the rental is approved, the user agrees to furnish at the user’s expense, police/fire or other protection which the circumstances or the school committee/other town, state agencies may require and to reimburse the town/school department for any damage which may be done to the facility, equipment, or its contents. The possession or use of malt, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or illegal drugs on school property is strictly prohibited. No use of building space will be permitted without the presence of a district employee. For example, groups will not be allowed in a building when it is closed and otherwise unoccupied. Use of special facilities such as kitchens, stages, and libraries will not be permitted without an employee present who regularly works in such an area. Alterations or substantial rearrangement of facilities and equipment will not be permitted. Parking will be in designated areas only and all life safety rules such as free access to fire exits will be maintained. Children must be properly supervised and no group will be admitted which does not have at least one adult present for each given number of children, depending on the activity. Children in very large groups or engaged in very active pursuits should have adequate adult supervision. If for any reason the facilities agreed upon are not made available, the district will not be held liable for any damages, direct or consequential. The renter shall not sublet the space to another organization. Use will be confined to the spaces or rooms’ reserved and further use is strictly prohibited. Certain spaces/rooms should not be used by the public under any circumstances which include offices where pupil records are kept, shops, laboratories, and other areas of potential danger or location of valuable equipment. Each member of an adult group should sign a waiver of the right to make a claim against the district for any loss or injury before being permitted to participate. Failure to observe the aforementioned rules will result in suspension of the use of the privilege of renting for a certain period of time.
Condition of Use. That the rented premises shall only be used by the Tenant for residential purpose aforesaid. The Tenant shall maintain the said premises in its existing condition and damage, if any, caused to the said premises, the same shall be repaired by the Tenant at its own cost subject to normal wear and tear. Condition of Use. All occupancy, use, activities, programs, events, and presence by Tenant on the Leased Premises under this Lease are allowed following Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s annual schedule and must be performed to Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. Tenant will provide qualified, adult event supervisors who are acceptable to the Landlord on the Leased Premises at all times during all Tenant events. Tenant and its supervisor will be responsible for management of the event and including but not limited to traffic control, trash collection and disposal during and at the event’s conclusion, participant/guest supervision, public information, and general management of Tenant activities on the Leased Premises. Tenant will keep all areas clean and ensure that all Landlord property is safely, securely maintained and kept to the Landlord’s standard of care. All damage to any Landlord property during any Tenant managed event will be the financial liability of Tenant who will reimburse Landlord upon receipt of Landlord’s invoice. The Landlord may at its option require School personnel to be on site during Tenant events or assist with event set-up. If the Landlord determines that School personnel are necessary to help with Tenant events or assist with event set-up, Tenant shall reimburse School for its costs and compensate the School for the staff needed to attend Tenant events at the rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour. Tenant will arrange for and provide its own security for all Tenant events and activities. Any incidents, accidents, safety and/or security concerns must be communicated immediately to the building principal, Xxxxxxxx’s Director of Finance and Operations, and School’s SRO.
