Condition on Termination. Upon any termination of the Lease or any abandonment for whatever reason by Lessee of the Leased Property, Lessee shall deliver up to Lessor the Leased Property in substantially the same or better condition than it was at the commencement of the Lease, reasonable wear and tear only excepted, and in a clean and sanitary state.
Condition on Termination. On the last day of the Term hereof, or on any sooner termination, Tenant shall surrender the Premises to Landlord in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, clean and free of debris. Any damage or deterioration of the Premises shall not be deemed ordinary wear and tear if the same could have been prevented by good maintenance practices by Tenant. Landlord may require the removal of any or all alterations, additions or improvements made by Tenant prior to the termination of the Lease and restoration of the Premises and the Project to their prior condition (i.e., the condition as of the Commencement Date), at Tenant's expense. All alterations, additions and improvements which Landlord does not require Tenant to remove shall become Landlord's property and shall be surrendered to Landlord upon termination of the Lease. Other than personal property, in no event shall Tenant remove any materials or equipment from the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent, including, but not limited to, any power wiring or power panels, lighting or lighting fixtures, wall coverings, window coverings, carpets, other floor coverings, heaters, air conditioners or any other heating or air conditioning equipment, fencing or security gates or other similar Building operating equipment and decorations. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.3, Tenant shall not be required to remove any alterations, additions, improvements or utility installations for which Tenant has obtained Landlord's consent, unless Landlord has indicated at the time of granting such consent, that such removal will be required at the end of the Lease Term.
Condition on Termination. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Operator shall remove all Shared Mobility Devices, docking stations, and any other equipment within 30 days and return the applicable premises to the same condition as it existed prior to this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing with a Partner.

Upon the termination of this lease, Tenant covenants to deliver to Landlord the Demised Premises and all appurtenances thereto, peaceably and quietly, in as good order and condition as same now are or may hereafter be put by Landlord or Tenant, ordinary wear and tear and damage from fire or other casualty not occasioned by the fault or negligence of Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees, and independent contractors, excepted.

Condition on Termination. At the termination of this Lease at the end of the Lease term or for any other reason, Xxxxxx must surrender and deliver the Property in as substantially good order and condition as it existed at the beginning of this Lease, except loss by fire, inevitable accident, act of God, damage or neglect not attributable to the Lessee, and ordinary wear and tear.

At the termination or expiration of this Lease, Lessee shall surrender and deliver the Leased Premises in as substantially good order and condition as exists at the inception hereof; excepting, however, loss by fire, inevitable accident, act of God, and ordinary wear and tear.

Lessee hereby accepts the Premises in the condition they are in at the beginning of this Lease and agrees to maintain said Premises in the same condition, order and repair as they are at the commencement of said term, excepting only reasonable wear and tear arising from the use thereof under this Lease, and to make good to said DISTRICT immediately upon demand, any damage to said Premises, or of the building, caused by any act or neglect of Lessee, or of any person or persons in the employ or under the control of the Lessee.
Condition on Termination. On termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall surrender the Licensed Property to Licensor.

On the last day of the Term, Lessee shall surrender the Premises to Lessor in the same condition as at the Comniencement Date except for reasonable wear and tear and for Modifications made in accordance with ss.6.5 (which Lessor does not require Lessee to remove). Lessee shall repair any damage to the Premises occasioned by the removal of Lessee's trade fixtures, furnishings and equipment which repair shall include, but is not limited to patching and filling of holes and repair of structural damage, if any.
