Tenant also agrees NOT to use the premises or any part thereof for any illegal purpose, and to comply with all city, county and WA state codes, statutes and regulations concerning the use of said facilities. Tenant also agrees not to enter or occupy the building, or any portion thereof, on any date other than that or those specified in paragraph 2, nor to enter or occupy the building for any hours other than the hours listed specified in paragraph 2 above.
Conditions of Usage. Use: a. The Vendor must have an employee present during the event. b. Subletting of tables or sending agents is not permitted. c. The Vendor’s booth(s) may not have lit candles, heated incense, or any other open flame. d. All displays, exhibits, and decorations must be free standing without attachments to walls, ceilings, or floors. e. It is preferred that Vendors not use single use plastics for materials distribution.
Conditions of Usage. (1) The License Materials delivered to Licensee have been developed for being used in specific data processing units and for the interaction with specific other software. These conditions of usage are set forth in the performance description.
(2) If the License Materials are used in a manner not complying with the conditions of usage under sub- paragraph (1) Licensor shall be discharged from any and all warranty obligations under § 7, 8 and 9.

No Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed outside of the building. If there is evidence of consumption outside the building, ie empty cans In the parking lot or any area outside of building, tenant agrees to forfeit their entire security/damage deposit. Conditions of Usage. You agree to use WebMax Marketing Inc. and the Services for the purposes that they were intended and only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. If you register an account, you agree, represent and warrant that you will provide us with true, current, complete and accurate information. Your registration for any of WebMax Marketing Inc. services constitutes consent to use any personal information which you provide us for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and for all uses ancillary thereto for which your consent may reasonably be implied. You also will select a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your user name, password, account details, and all information required in connection with your use of WebMax Marketing Inc. confidential and up to date. If you are not the business owner and are registering an account on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have been authorized and directed by your business's principals to open the account and that you have shared all user names, passwords and access credentials with other authorized representatives in your business and that you have provided us with the business contact information of at least one other person. If you leave the business and your business's principal contacts us we may be required to provide access to the WebMax Marketing Inc. account. You agree to hold harmless and release the WebMax Marketing Inc. parties from any liability if we do so. By registering, you're also agreeing to our Privacy Policy. Keep track of your login details, and keep them safe. If you're creating an account on behalf of a business that you do not own, you must a) have permission, and b) share the login credentials with the owner. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You agree to hold harmless and release the WebMax Marketing Inc. parties from any loss or liability whatsoever that you may incur as a result of someone other than you using your username, password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You agree to indemnify the WebMax Marketing Inc. parties for any damages, third party claims or liabilities whatsoever that we may incur as a result of activities that occur on or through your account, whether or not you were directly or personally responsible. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Conditions of Usage. The customer will be responsible for service charges, which are incurred as a result of the customer’s unauthorized modifications or alterations of the equipment, or wiring, or antenna orientation installed at the customer’s premises by Internexe. Only Internexe or its subcontractors are authorized to modify the installation.
Conditions of Usage. 6.1.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and NET2ONE shall not be liable for and makes no express or GTC ver. 01082020 implied representations or warranties, guarantee or representation of any kind in relation to the Services including but is not limited to:-
a) availability, accessibility, timeliness and uninterrupted use of the Services; b) sequence, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or the security of any data or information transmitted or received by you in connection with the Services;
c) the condition, merchantability, or fitness of any part of the Services;
d) the quality of the service equipment used by you that is necessary for the access and/or use of the Services;
e) the quality of the network coverage, whether domestic or international.
6.1.2 NET2ONE reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, vary, terminate, delete and/or add the Services, the applicable rates, charges, terms of use, plans and/or package either in whole or in part at any time as NET2ONE in its absolute discretion deems fit without prior notice to you and NET2ONE shall not be liable for any loss or inconsistencies to you resulting therefrom.
Conditions of Usage a) The M2M mobile services provided by race result AG are exclusively designed for use in RACE RESULT devices, for timing or tracking purposes.
b) The SIM cards offer usage in the following countries without extra roaming fees: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France (incl. Guyana, Guadeloupe and Martinique), Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland
c) Usage in a country that is not listed above is not covered.
d) In case of a breach of these conditions, the renter compensates race result AG for the financial loss. The following minimum tariffs apply: outgoing calls 1,59 €/minute, SMS sending 2,99 €/SMS, improper data usage 0,15 €/10 KB.
e) In case of a breach of the contract, race result AG holds the right to block the SIM cards.
f) In particular, the following uses are forbidden: • Voice calls (including voice-over-IP) • Personal communication in any form over the public phone networks • Emailing or Internet Browsing (using a public IP address) through a terminal (M2M communication module) via a proxy connection, tunnelling, gateway or routing. • Sending SMS • Adding, deleting or modifying the network header information for deceptive purposes • Accessing third party accounts, trespassing safety measures established by race result AG and / or network suppliers, hardware, software, electronic communication systems or telecommunication systems, whether it incurs the loss or falsification of data or not • Internet Relay Chat (IRC), Peer-to-Peer Filesharing, Bit Torrent, gaming servers or proxy servers, • Sending mass unsolicited emails or commercial messages or using a public SMTP relay. • Usage of any contents considered illegal based on current European laws.
Conditions of Usage. 3.1 The Isizwe Group respects the rights of our customers and users of our services to freedom of speech and expression; access to information; privacy; human dignity; religion, belief and opinion in accordance with the constitution.
3.2 The Isizwe Group undertakes not to interfere with any of those rights unless required to do so by law; unless those rights are exercised of those rights threatens to cause harm to another person or affect the integrity of The Isizwe Group’s network;
3.3 The User acknowledge that The Isizwe Group is unable to exercise control over the data passing over The Isizwe Group’s infrastructure and related resources, including but not limited to any websites, electronic mail transmissions, news groups or other material created or accessible over its infrastructure. As such, The Isizwe Group is not responsible for data transmitted over its infrastructure;
3.4 The Isizwe Group will take all necessary action against any contravention in order to protect the integrity of the network or any of The Isizwe Group’s resources.
3.5 All users are notified that The Isizwe Group is legally obliged to assist any Law Enforcement Agency to provide access to and assist in the investigation and prosecution of an offence, under a legal directive
3.6 As The Isizwe Group’s network and related resources may be used to link into another network anywhere in the world, the User agrees to conform to and is bound by the AUPs of such other networks;
3.7 Where any user resides outside of the South Africa, permanently or temporarily, such will be subject to the laws of the country in which s/he is currently resident, and which apply. On legal assistance, The Isizwe Group will assist foreign law enforcement agencies (LEA) in the investigation and prosecution of a crime committed using The Isizwe Group’s network and related resources, including the provisioning of all identifiable data.
