Conditions Precedent to Each Loan Event. The agreement of each Lender to make any Advance on the occasion of each Borrowing and the agreement of the Issuing Bank to issue, amend, renew or extend (and of each Lender to participate in) any Letter of Credit (the making of any such Advance or the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of (and the participation in) any such Letter of Credit, a “Loan Event”) is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
