Conditions to Draws. As a condition precedent to each Draw, in addition to all other requirements herein, Borrower must satisfy the following requirements, if applicable, and deliver to TMCC evidence of such satisfaction:
Conditions to Draws. Each loan made by Bank to Borrower pursuant ------------------- to this Agreement or the Other Agreements shall constitute an automatic warranty and representation by Borrower to Bank that there does not then exist an Event of Default or any event or condition, which with notice, lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Default and that the making of such loan would not cause or constitute an Event of Default. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, no loan shall be made hereunder, if an Event of Default then exists or would be created thereby, or any event which with notice or lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Default then exists or would be created thereby.
Conditions to Draws. Prior to each draw on the Note, the Town shall provide Lender with a Draw Certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B.” The Lender may review each draw request to satisfy itself that the proceeds of the draw will be used for a purpose permitted hereunder.
Conditions to Draws. The obligations of the Purchaser to fund Draws are subject to the satisfaction, prior to or at the applicable Draw Date, of the following conditions:
