Conditions to Loan. Bank will have no obligation to make or advance any Loan until Borrowers have delivered to Bank at or before the closing date, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) An executed Revolving Note of even date herewith. (b) A corporate resolution of HCN. (c) An executed copy of this Agreement. (d) Such additional information and materials as Bank may reasonably request.
