For each Advance, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Investor an Advance Request, which Advance Request shall specify, among other things: (i) the particular amount of funds that the Company requests to be advanced (such amount being the “Requested Advance Amount” for the respective Advance); (ii) the particular calendar date that the Company requests to be the date on which the respective Advance is to be made (such date being the “Requested Advance Date” for such Advance), which date: (A) must be a business day; and (B) shall not be earlier than the third business day to occur after the date on which the Investor shall have received the respective Advance Request; and (iii) the particular bank account or accounts to which the Borrower requests that the respective Advance be made;
