Conduct a well survey. 1). Xxxxx shall map all public and private xxxxx used for drinking water supply within a one-half mile radius of the Property boundary, and xxxxx used for irrigation or other non-drinking water use within a one-quarter mile radius of the Property boundary. 2). Xxxxx shall report sufficient information to the Department to allow the Department to secure permission to sample the xxxxx. At a minimum, this information shall include the: 1) Location of the well; 2) Identity and mailing address of the well owner; and 3) Telephone number, if publicly available or otherwise known to Xxxxx, of the well owner or an occupant of the residence served by the well.
