Conduct of Services. All work shall be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner.
Conduct of Services. Consultant shall dedicate such reasonable time and efforts as may be required in order to fulfil its obligations hereunder. The Consultant represents and warrants to IMI that it shall provide the services described herein in a cooperative fashion, promptly, efficiently in accordance with standards of quality acceptable to IMI acting reasonably, and in a good and workmanlike manner.

Tenant shall observe, obey and require all of its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and invitees to obey and observe the rules, regulations and directives of the Commission and the laws, rules and regulations of other local, state or federal entities of competent jurisdiction that may apply to its operations or permitted uses. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold the Commission harmless for any loss, claim or suit against the Commission from Xxxxxx’s failure of compliance.
Conduct of Services. 2.1 The Consultant shall use all reasonable endeavours to carry out the Services within the agreed timescale(s), and shall ensure completion by the date agreed (as specified in the Schedule).

If applicable, and as set forth in the SOW, Company will perform the Study in compliance with the current good laboratory practices or the current good manufacturing practices of the appropriate governmental regulatory agencies.

NCFE agrees to provide E-MED with all necessary hardware and facilities to enable E-MED to provide its products and services in accordance with general industry standards.

Contractor shall be bound by all applicable Government laws, orders, decrees, ordinances, rules, requirements and regulations.

VIRUSURE and COMPANY will adhere to all material government laws, rules and regulations applicable to the conduct of the Study (“Applicable Law”). If applicable, and as set forth in the Supporting Documents, VIRUSURE will perform the Study in compliance with the current Good Laboratory Practices (“GLP”) or Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”) of the appropriate governmental regulatory agencies.
