Conduct Restrictions. The End User, as well as its Permitees, shall not engage in any of the following conduct or activities: (a) operating a Robotic Scrubber in any manner that constitutes a prohibited use under the Robotic Scrubber’s Instructions; (b) intentionally tampering with, modifying, or damaging the Robotic Scrubber or any hardware or sensors containing or associated with the Software or the Autonomy Services; (c) installing or modifying, or attempting to install or modify, any software other than the Software on the Robotic Scrubber (except solely as otherwise permitted pursuant to any open source licenses, if any, provided to the End User by Brain, in connection with the Software licensed hereunder); (d) installing or attempting to install the Software on any hardware or device other than the Robotic Scrubber; (e) using the Software or the Autonomy Services to conduct any operation of the Robotic Scrubber beyond routine cleaning functions within an Approved Environment; or (f) attempting to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Autonomy Services or the Software. The Robotic Scrubbers, Software, and Autonomy Services are not designed or intended for use in environments where any failure of the Robotic Scrubbers, Software, and Autonomy Services would reasonably likely lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage.

Conduct Restrictions. No provision of this Agreement includes the right to, and you will not, directly or indirectly: 1. Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service 2. Take any action that imposes, or may impose at Speechling's discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Speechling's infrastructure 3. Knowingly upload invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service 4. Enable any person or entity other than Authorized Users to access and use the Service or Technology (as defined in Section 12) 5. Modify or create any derivative work based upon the Service or Technology 6. Engage in, permit, or suffer to continue any copying or distribution of the Service or Technology 7. Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile all or any portion of, or attempt to discover or recreate the source code for, any software that is part of the Service or Technology 8. Access the Service in order to build a competitive solution or to assist any third party to build a competitive solution 9. Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice related to the Service or Technology 10. Engage in, permit, or suffer to continue any use or other activity that is not expressly authorized under this Agreement by any person or entity within your control In the event you violate any of the terms in this section, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, Speechling will have the right, in its discretion, to immediately suspend your and Authorized Users' use and access to the Service.
Conduct Restrictions. You may only connect to the Products in the way set out in our instructions and you are not entitled to use any technical means to gain unauthorized access to, disturb or deactivate the Products. You agree that you will not under any circumstances: • attempt to disrupt or tamper with the Products’ se rver or any third party’s servers hosting the Products in ways that could harm the Products, to place undue burden on the servers through automated means, or to use the Products in ways that exceed your authorization; • engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct of any kind, including, but not limited to, money laundering or financing of terrorist activities; • use the Products for the benefit of our competitors, or to compete with us; • transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, malware or any program of a destructive nature; • store or archive the tools and functionalities to any computer systems or storage devices; • modify, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise alter the Products or content related thereto; or • use robots, spiders, crawlers, scraping or other similar technology to access or use the Products. You are not entitled to use the Products or the API- content for products and services which may harm OPE’s business in any way or which violates our interests.
Conduct Restrictions. As a User of the Site, Software or Services. you agree not to: a. impersonate any person or entity; b. engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users to buy or sell any products or services through the Site; c. transmit any chain letters, spam or junk e-mail to other Users; d. express or imply, without our specific, prior, written consent that any statements you make are endorsed by FSS; e. harvest or collect personal information about other Users, whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent; f. use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site, Software or Services; g. access the Site, Software any Services through any technology or means other than as explicitly authorized by FSS; h. remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Site, Software or Services; i. interfere with or disrupt the Site, Software or Services, or the servers and/or networks connected to the Site, Software or Services; j. post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Conduct Restrictions. Miami Tax Convention reserves the right to restrict exhibits which - because of noise, odors, inappropriate conduct of representatives, objectionable or offensive displays or methods of operation, or any other reason detract from or are out of keeping with the character of the exposition. This reservation includes persons, things, actions, and printed materials. The Company reserves the right to exclude any nonconforming party from exhibiting at Miami Tax Convention 2023 and at any future events. No refund shall be due under such circumstances. Food and beverage must be arranged through the facility catering department. Alcoholic beverages may not be served.
Conduct Restrictions. Smoking in the dwelling (check one)  is or  is not allowed. In addition to the restrictions contained in this lease, any conduct rules outlined in any employment manual or any employment contracts apply, and breach of any employment manual or contract also automatically constitutes a default under this lease. The dwelling and other areas reserved for your private use must be kept clean. Trash must be regularly disposed of in accordance with local ordinances and only in appropriate receptacles. No candles or kerosene or oil heaters or lamps may be used without our prior written approval. No solicitation of business or contributions unrelated to authorized self- storage business is allowed. Conducting any kind of business in the dwelling, except for business directly related to your position at the self-storage facility, is prohibited. We may exclude from the dwelling or self-storage facility any guests or others who, in our sole judgment, have violated the law, violated this lease or disturbed the facility’s customers or prospective customers, or Lessor or Lessor’s representatives. We may also exclude from the facility grounds anyone who refuses to show photo identification or refuses to identify himself or herself as an occupant or your guest in the dwelling. You and your occupants or guests may not engage in criminal conduct; behave in a loud or offensive manner; disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety, or convenience of others (including our customers, agents and employees) in the self-storage facility area; disrupt our business operations; manufacture, deliver, or possess a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia; commit acts of or threaten violence; possess a weapon prohibited by state law; discharge a firearm in the dwelling or on the self-storage facility premises; display or possess any weapon or item that may reasonably be viewed as a weapon in a way that may alarm others; store anything in closets having gas appliances; tamper with utilities or telecommunications; bring hazardous materials into the dwelling or onto the self-storage facility premises; use windows for entry or exit; heat the dwelling with a gas-operated cooking stove or oven; utilize self-storage units for your personal use without our written approval; or injure our reputation by making bad faith allegations against us to others.

The Robot, Software, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx are not designed or intended for use in environments where any failure of the Robot, Software, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx would reasonably likely lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage.
