Conducting the Review. In conducting the review, the JEPRC will: Examine the components of the current job evaluation plan, including but not limited to (i) factor, sub-factors and factor descriptions; (ii) weights assigned to factors and sub-factors, and distribution of points within factors; (iii) notes to raters, and (iv) the job evaluation questionnaire. Examine processes and procedures under the current job evaluation plan, identify shortcomings, and recommend improvements to the job evaluation process and procedures for maintenance of the plan.
