Common use of Conference Participation Clause in Contracts

Conference Participation. Managers and any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of Managers or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this Section 2.7(d) shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
