Confidential Financial Information. SGI shall treat all financial information subject to review under this Article 7 or under any sublicense agreement as Confidential Information of Licensee as set forth in Article 8, and shall cause its accounting firm to retain all such financial information in confidence under terms substantially similar to those set forth in Article 8.

Senomyx may provide a copy of this Agreement or other Confidential Information provided under this Agreement including, without limitation, progress and royalty reports to the extent required by its licensors […***…].
