Common use of Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, Nonsolicitation, and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will At‑Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, Nonsolicitation, and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of a member of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s You previously entered into an At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company Old Enliven which is incorporated by reference (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s AtInvention, Non-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Competition and Arbitration Non-Disclosure Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated March 1, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Employee Proprietary Information and Arbitration Inventions Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated January 12, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Employee Proprietary Information and Arbitration Inventions Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated October 15, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated July 31, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated December 30, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated October 29, 2020 (the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, 's Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “"Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply").

Confidentiality Agreement. Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated April 22, 2018, entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated June 27, 2016, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated December 16, 2019, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayGroup and, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the CompanyCompany Group. To protect the interests of the CompanyCompany Group, your acceptance of this Agreement letter agreement confirms that the terms of the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement between you and the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment as may be amended or amended and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.). ​

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated March 25, 2021, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated May 3, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated January 14, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 19, 2019, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated November 19, 2018 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Confidentiality and Arbitration Intellectual Property Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated June 2, 2018, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Employee Proprietary Information and Arbitration Inventions Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated March 11, 2010, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated October 7, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Confidentiality and Arbitration Intellectual Property Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated November 25, 2019, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated January 10, 2021, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 27, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement dated September 5, 2020 entered into between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement.
