Common use of Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of a member of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated September 16, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Confidentiality and Arbitration Intellectual Property Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated November 25, 2019, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated October 29, 2020 (the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated July 7, 2017 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated February 4, 2020 (the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated March 25, 2021, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated July 31, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated December 30, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated January 14, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 21, 2020 entered into between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 20, 2020 entered into between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between you and Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 27, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that you agree to sign and comply with the terms of the Company’s AtEmployee Confidentiality, Inventions and Non-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Interference Agreement you previously signed with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). Please note that we must receive your signed Confidentiality Agreement before your first day of employment.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement dated November 19, 2018 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment Confidentiality and Arbitration Intellectual Property Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company dated June 2, 2018, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s you agree to sign and comply with an At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement between you previously signed with and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).
