Common use of Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality, Inventions and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Non-Interference Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of a member of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the CompanyYou previously entered into an At-Will Employment, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company Old Enliven which is incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). The Confidentiality Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Invention, Non-Competition and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Non-Disclosure Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee you agree to enter into a Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement letter confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement other compliance agreements that you previously signed with executed when you joined the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality AgreementAgreements”) still apply).

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Inventions Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Confidentiality Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated March 1, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality, Non-Interference, and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Invention Assignment Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Amended and Inventions Agreement Restated Founder Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition and the Company’s Arbitration Assignment of Intellectual Property Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 20, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated November 19, 2018 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information 's Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with (the Company (collectively, the “"Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply").

Confidentiality Agreement. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that you agree to sign and comply with the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.). ​

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated January 10, 2021, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated January 12, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated May 3, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated July 31, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated December 30, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated November 5, 2020 (collectively, the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayGroup and, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the CompanyCompany Group. To protect the interests of the CompanyCompany Group, your acceptance of this Agreement letter agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company , as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated October 15, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality, Inventions and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Non‑Interference Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 27, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated October 29, 2020 (collectively, the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated April 22, 2018, entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated July 7, 2017 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 4, 2020 (collectively, the “Confidentiality Proprietary Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated January 14, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated March 11, 2010, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement November 17, 2017 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated September 5, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 21, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.
