Confidentiality Term. The obligations of confidentiality set forth in this Section 13 shall survive for a period of ten (10) years after the expiration, cancellation, or other termination of this Agreement.
Confidentiality Term. The Parties’ obligations with regard to the Confidential Information shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.
Confidentiality Term. The Company’s obligations of confidentiality under this Agreement will continue for five (5) years from the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, except that obligations of confidentiality and non-use with respect to Confidential Information that the Client has identified as constituting trade secrets will continue for as long as such Confidential Information is eligible for trade secret protection under applicable law.
Confidentiality Term. Each Party expressly acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding the termination or expiration of this Agreement, the obligations regarding Confidential Information imposed by this Agreement shall continue in perpetuity following the date of such termination or expiration.

Each Party agrees to hold the other party’s Confidential Information in confidence during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement (other than with respect to trade secrets, which shall be held in confidence following such period in accordance with this section), and to disclose such Confidential Information only to those employees or agents who have a need to know such Confidential Information and are required to protect it against unauthorized disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may disclose the other party’s Confidential Information to a federal or state governmental entity to the extent such disclosure is required by law, so long as the Party receiving any such demand notifies the disclosing Party in advance of the required disclosure as soon as reasonably practicable to allow the disclosing Party to contest the disclosure.
Confidentiality Term. All confidentiality provisions set out herein shall remain in full force and effect during the Term and for a period of [***] years from the date of termination hereof.
