Confirmation Letters. To the extent the End Customer Contract consists of a master supply agreement and individual confirmation letters (or similar documents) having definitive start and end dates, and additional terms and conditions pursuant to which the End Customer purchases coal (each hereinafter a “Confirmation Letter”), it is intended by COALSALES II and Patriot that all references to the term End Customer Contract mean and include all Confirmation Letters that are in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. Such Confirmation Letters shall apply to COALSALES II and Patriot in the same manner as an End Customer Contract, and they shall remain in full force and effect until expiration or termination pursuant to their terms. Confirmation Letters entered into between COALSALES II and the End Customer after the Effective Date of this Agreement are expressly excluded from the definition of End Customer Contract and have no application to this Agreement.
Confirmation Letters. At the Closing Time, the Representative shall have received letters, in form and substance acceptable to the Representative in its sole discretion, from each Selling Shareholder confirming the effectiveness of the powers-of-attorney executed by such Selling Shareholder and ratifying all actions previously taken by the Attorneys-in-Fact in connection with this Agreement.

A confirmation letter may be sent to you by letter or email to: – give you details of your contract or a new tariff you've chosen, or – remind you that your fixed term tariff is coming to end, or – if you're on a variable tariff, tell you about changes to your prices or other terms and conditions
Confirmation Letters. PRFN will, concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, deliver a Confirmation Letter to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office, the Canadian Impact Assessment Agency, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Comptroller of Water Rights, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Transport Canada, and Natural Resources Canada, substantially in the form and substance of the Confirmation Letter attached as Schedule C to the Impact and Benefits Agreement.
Confirmation Letters. CONTRACTOR agrees that the CONTRACTORS SYSTEM has the ability to generate confirmation letters that are automatically emailed or made available for postal mailing (depending on the sales channel and customer request) to all customers making, canceling or changing a reservation. Postal mail for reservations shall apply only to those reservations made more than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. CONTRACTOR shall mail all customer reservation notices in accordance to PCI security requirements and USPS postal standards.

Confirmation Letters. At any time after the Suite 100 Main Expansion Effective Date, the Suite 100 Remainder Expansion Effective Date and/or the Suite 200 Expansion Effective Date, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto with respect to the applicable portion of the Expansion Space, as a confirmation of the information set forth therein with respect to such portion of the Expansion Space, which Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receiving it. If Tenant fails to execute and return (or reasonably object in writing to) such notice within fifteen (15) days after receiving it, Tenant shall be deemed to have executed and returned it without exception.
Confirmation Letters. Confirmation letters shall have been received by the Agent and the Surety Provider from Xxxxx’x and Standard & Poor’s confirming the shadow ratings on the Note.
Confirmation Letters. School is obligated to timely execute, at Provider’s request, confirmation letters for Assigned Personnel as prepared by Provider (“Confirmation Letters”). The Confirmation Letters will be substantially in the form as attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. The Parties understand and agree that executed Confirmation Letters are specifically incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Confirmation Letters. Seller has previously collected Estoppel Certificates from A-Tenants in excess of the Minimum Number of Estoppels for use in the terminated transaction with DMB/SVP. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 10.2 to the contrary, the parties agree that Seller may use these same Estoppel Certificates in the pending transaction with Buyer without having to update them, subject, however, to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Seller shall obtain a letter (the "Confirmation Letter") dated no earlier than November 11, 1996 from each of the Confirming Tenants (as defined below) confirming to Buyer the accuracy of the Estoppel Certificates previously furnished by the Confirming Tenants.
(2) The Confirmation Letters shall be in form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
