Confirmation of Term. Landlord shall notify Tenant of the Commencement Date using a Notice of Lease Term (“NLT”) in the form attached to this Lease as EXHIBIT E. Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord the NLT within ten (10) business days after its receipt, but Tenant’s failure to do so will not reduce Tenant’s obligations or Landlord’s rights under this Lease.
Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding any provision of the Existing Lease to the contrary: (a) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the Expiration Date of the Term of the Lease of the Original Premises is January 31, 2011; (b) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the 640 Galveston Expiration Date is April 30, 2012; and (c) the initial Term of the Lease of the Building 2 Space shall expire later as provided below.
Confirmation of Term. Tenant shall, immediately following the Execution Date, execute and deliver to Landlord a document, prepared by Landlord, confirming the Commencement Date and the expiration date of the Term. Landlord may prepare such document in recordable form and, if Landlord so elects, such document may be recorded. Tenant’s failure within ten (10) days after receipt thereof either to (a) execute and deliver the document to Landlord or (b) object in writing to the document, shall constitute an acknowledgement by Tenant that all statements included in the document relating to the Commencement Date and expiration date of the Term are true and correct.
Confirmation of Term. Within 15 (fifteen) days after the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date of the Term are determined, Lessor and County shall execute a memorandum setting forth such dates, substantially in the form of Exhibit “C”, which memorandum shall thereupon be deemed attached hereto and made a part of this Lease. The failure of the parties to execute such memorandum shall not affect their obligations under this Lease.
Confirmation of Term. If the commencement and expiration dates of the term and the rental commencement date are not known when this Lease is executed, then when the commencement and expiration dates have been determined, each party shall execute a memorandum confirming such dates, and such memorandum shall thereupon be deemed attached hereto and made a part of this Lease.
Confirmation of Term. The employee will confirm commitment to work the entire non-work period (save and except any approved vacation entitlement) and willingness to perform the full range of defined duties and responsibilities of the scheduled non-work term positions. This confirmation will be made in writing, on a University provided form, by the following dates: early December for the December non-work period; early February for the February non-work period; and early April for the Summer non-work period Such documentation will only be used for the purposes of assigning work to the employees. The criteria for selection will be a combination of the employee’s availability, and skills and ability, to perform the full range of the defined duties of the non-work period term position. In the event that more qualified employees than are required indicate an intent to work during the non-work period seniority shall be used to assign the non-work term positions.
Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding any provision of the Existing Lease to the contrary: (a) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the Expiration Date of the Term of the Lease of the 200 & 220 Penobscot Space is January 31, 2011; (b) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the 640 Galveston Expiration Date is April 30, 2012; (c) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the Building 2 Expiration Date is March 31, 2013; and (d) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the 501 Chesapeake Expiration Date is January 31, 2013.
Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant confirm that the Rent Commencement Date of the Lease is ____________, 201__, and the Termination Date is ____________, 202___.
Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant each shall, promptly after -------------------- the Term Commencement, execute and deliver to the other an amendment to this Lease which confirms the date of Term Commencement, the Base Rent commencement date and the date of Term Expiration determined in accordance with this Lease, but the term of this Lease shall commence on the Term Commencement in accordance with this Lease whether or not such amendment is executed. Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding any provision of the New Lease to the contrary, as contemplated by Sections 3 and 4 of the New Lease, January 13, 2004 is the actual expiration date of the term of the New Lease (herein referred to as the "Expiration Date" of the "Term").
