Confirmations and Statements. The Transfer Agent shall confirm each transaction either at the time of the transaction or through periodic reports as may be legally permitted.

The Bank need not send written confirmation or a summary of all such transfers to or from the account of each Series. Provided, however, that upon the written request of Fund, Bank shall provide within 5 business days of such written request a copy of any confirmations which include transactions of the Fund. Where securities purchased by a Series are in a fungible bulk of Securities registered in the name of the Bank (or its nominee) or shown on the Bank's account on the books of the Depository or the Book-Entry System, the Bank shall by book entry or otherwise identify the quantity of those securities belonging to such Series. At least monthly, the Bank shall furnish the Fund with a detailed statement of the Securities and moneys held for each Series under this Agreement.

Confirmations and Statements. 15.1 Upon entering into any Transaction or Order or upon closure of any Transaction or amendment of an Order or any cancellation of an Order LCG Bahamas Confirmations will be displayed on screen.
15.2 Any material action affecting your account will trigger an on-screen Confirmation. The absence of an on-screen Confirmation of an action on your account will not affect the validity of any Transaction or Order which has been placed.
15.3 It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you are fully up to date in respect of all Transactions and Orders on your account. As soon as you receive any Confirmation you must check it to make certain that it is correct and notify us promptly of any error. If you notify us of such an error, we will promptly investigate, resolve and, if necessary, rectify it.
15.4 If you receive a Confirmation for a Transaction or filled Order that you allege has not been transacted by or for you, you must notify us immediately. If you do not receive a Confirmation for a Transaction you have placed (or believe you have placed) you must notify us immediately.
15.5 You must regularly check your online statement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you fully understand the fundamental aspects of trading and the markets in which you operate.
15.6 Your account statement will be available online at any time unless we have suspended your account, or our Platforms are unavailable for any reason.
Confirmations and Statements. 12.1 Information on Order(s) status, Client Account status, trade confirmations and messaging facility between the parties will be sent to the Client upon request, either in electronic form - by e-mail - to the email address which the Company will have on record; and/or via the internal mailing system of the Company’s Online Trading System.
12.2 The Client is obliged to provide the Company with an e-mail address for the purposes of paragraph 12.1. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any change to his email address (or any other relevant personal information), the non-receipt of a confirmation, or whether any confirmations are incorrect before settlement.
12.3 The Company will send to the Client, in the method specified above in paragraph 12.2 and/or via the Client Terminal, a Trade Confirmation in respect of each executed Order.
12.4 If the Client has a reason to believe that the confirmation is inconsistent or if the Client does not receive any confirmation (though the Transaction was made), he shall contact the Company. Trade confirmations shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed conclusive unless the Client notifies the Company in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days following the day of his receipt of any impugned trade confirmation.
12.5 If the Company holds Client money, it shall send to him at least once every year a statement of those funds unless such a statement has been provided in any other periodic statements or otherwise in accordance with Applicable Law.
12.6 The Company will provide the Client with online access to his Client Account via the Company Online Trading System, which will provide him with sufficient information in order to manage his Client Account and comply with LFSA rules in regard to Client reporting requirements.
Confirmations and Statements. (a) PREPARATION AND TRANSMISSION. Pensxx xxxl prepare and send to Customers monthly statements of account (or quarterly statements if no activity occurs in an account during any quarter covered by such statement), which statements shall meet Pensxx'x xxxuirements as to format and quality and will indicate that Correspondent is the introducing broker for the Account. Pensxx xxxl be responsible for preparing and transmitting confirmations. Upon prior written approval from Pensxx, Correspondent may assume the responsibility of preparing and transmitting confirmations, including the responsibility for compliance with the provisions of Art. III, Section 12 of the NASD Rules of Fair Practice. Copies of all monthly or quarterly statements sent by Pensxx to Customers will be send to Correspondent. Pensxx xxxl also provide to Correspondent monthly statements of clearing services performed by Pensxx xxx Correspondent and Customer Accounts showing the fees charged for such services during the month, as provided in Section 8.
(b) EXAMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF ERRORS. Correspondent shall examine promptly all monthly statements of account, monthly statements of clearing services and other reports provided to Correspondent by Pensxx. Xxrrespondent shall notify Pensxx xx any error claimed by Correspondent in any Account in connection with (i) any transaction prior to the settlement date of such transaction, (ii) information appearing on daily reports within seven days of such report, and (iii) information appearing on monthly statements or reports within 30 days of Correspondent's receipt of any monthly statement or report. Any notice of error shall be accompanied by such documentation as may be necessary to substantiate Correspondent's claim. Correspondent shall provide promptly upon Pensxx'x xxxuest any additional documentation which Pensxx xxxsonably believes is necessary or desirable to determine and correct any such error. Confirmations and Statements. I agree to notify you immediately upon receipt of my confirmation and/or monthly statement of any errors or misunderstandings with respect to my account. Unless I immediately object, verbally and in writing, confirmations of transactions and statements for my account shall be binding to me. 12. COMMUNICATIONS. Notices and communications may be sent to me at my address given above or at such other address as I may hereafter give you in writing, and all communications so sent, whether by mail, telegraph, messenger or otherwise, shall be deemed given to me personally whether actually received or not. 13. REPRESENTATIONS BY CLIENT. By signing above, I hereby represent that I am of legal age, and that I am not an employee of any exchange, or of any corporation of which any exchange owns a majority of the capital stock, or of a member of any exchange, or of a member firm or member corporation registered on any exchange, or of a bank, trust company, insurance company or of any corporation, firm or individual engaged in the business of dealing, either as a broker or as principal, in securities, bills of exchange, acceptances or other forms of commercial paper, and that I will promptly notify you in writing if I am now or will become so employed. I also represent that no other person has an interest in my account or accounts with you. 14.
Confirmations and Statements. 9.1 We will send you a monthly statement of your Account holdings, investment valuations, transactions, fees paid and any other information as required by the DFSA Rules.
Confirmations and Statements. FIMAT will promptly confirm in writing all transactions undertaken for Customer’s Account(s). Customer shall timely review all confirmations received from FIMAT to check that the description of the transactions is accurate and that no transaction is omitted. Customer is conclusively bound by FIMAT’s confirmations and statements of Customer’s Account(s) if Customer does not object in writing before the earlier of ten days following transmission to Customer or by market opening on the day following Customer’s actual receipt of such confirmation statements. With respect to transactions, which Customer authorizes but for which no confirmation is received, Customer shall be deemed to have waived all objections unless FIMAT has received Customer’s written request for a copy of the confirmation within five days of the transaction date. Customer understands that Customer should direct inquiries to FIMAT at 600 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Compliance Department, or such other address as FIMAT may hereafter provide Customer. For the reporting of any alleged unauthorized trades or other trade improprieties, FIMAT authorizes and will accept “collect” telephone calls to the Compliance Department at (000) 000-0000. FIMAT is not bound by prices or transactions reported in error on confirmations and statements of Customer’s Account(s). Customer hereby authorizes FIMAT to transmit to it all confirmation and other statements of account activity, funds and positions by facsimile transmission or through the Internet to such address as Customer designates on the Customer Application, or as Customer designates from time in a writing addressed to the Compliance Department, as set forth in this paragraph. FIMAT reserves the right to assess its standard charge from time to time in effect for confirmation and other statements of account activity, funds and positions provided to customer through any other medium, as well as for duplicate statements of any kind. This authorization shall be perpetual, unless revoked in writing by Customer in a writing addressed to the Compliance Department, as set forth in this paragraph.
Confirmations and Statements. Client's Advisor will be able to access Client's IBKR account information, daily and monthly activity statements and daily trade reports for Client's account(s). Client may access daily, monthly and annual activity statements and daily trade reports that detail the trading and other activity in Client's IBKR account(s) through the Account Management functions on the IBKR website using Client's username and password and Client agrees to this form of electronic delivery. Client may also configure settings relating to the notification and delivery method of daily and monthly activity statements and daily trade reports. If Client does not create a username and password during the account application process, IBKR will provide Client with a username and password to access this information. Client agrees to contact IBKR Customer Service by calling the toll free Customer Service number listed on IBKR's website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx if Client does not receive a username and password to access their IBKR account.
