Confirmatory Licenses. Each Party shall, if so requested by the other Party, promptly enter into confirmatory license agreements, in a form consistent with the terms of this Agreement and reasonably acceptable to the Parties, for purposes of recording the licenses granted under this Agreement with any applicable Patent offices or other Governmental Authorities. Each Party shall bear its own filing costs and expenses and any costs and expenses of outside counsel or experts required with respect to such recordations.
