Conflict with Issuer Documents. In the event of any conflict between the terms hereof and the terms of any Letter of Credit, Application and any other document, agreement and instrument entered into by the Issuing Lender and Borrower (or any Subsidiary) or in favor of the Issuing Lender relating to such Letter of Credit, the terms hereof shall control.
