Conflicting Dedication. Any gathering or disposal agreement or other commitment or arrangement that would require Dedicated Saltwater to be gathered on any gathering system other than the Gathering System or disposed of other than into the Disposal Xxxxx.
Conflicting Dedication. Any gathering agreement or other commitment or arrangement that would require Dedicated Gas to be gathered and/or compressed on any gathering system other than the Gathering System.

Except for the Existing Vantage Gathering Agreements, the Vantage Oil and Gas Properties are not subject to any Conflicting Dedication Agreement (as defined in the Existing Gas Gathering Agreement) and are not otherwise dedicated to, or burdened by, any purchase and sale, exchange, compression, gathering, transportation, processing, refining, or oil, gas, or other Hydrocarbon marketing agreement.
Conflicting Dedication. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Interests are, as of the Effective Date, subject to prior written dedications and commitments for gathering, processing and purchase of Gas pursuant to the certain agreements provided below and that Seller shall be entitled to comply with such prior written dedications or commitments in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Each of (i) the period from the Effective Date to the last Day of the Month in which the first anniversary of the Effective Date occurs and (ii) each period of twelve (12) Months thereafter. Connection Notice. As defined in Section 3.3(b).
Conflicting Dedication.
