CONFLICTS AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The provisions contained in all documents and agreements collateral hereto shall at all times be read subject to the provisions of this Agreement and, in the event of conflict between the provisions contained in any documents or agreements collateral hereto and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly provided herein.
