Conflicts with Agreement. In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions of a Work Schedule and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be controlling, except and only to the extent that (1) a Work Schedule expressly overrides a particular provision of this Agreement, identified by section number and heading; or (2) this Agreement expressly states that the Work Schedule shall govern as to a particular term or condition.
Conflicts with Agreement. This Assignment is being made pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement. All capitalized terms and defined terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Purchase Agreement. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Assignment and the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall control to the extent of the conflict. Assignor and Assignee intend that the terms of the Purchase Agreement remain separate and distinct from and do not merge into the terms of this Assignment.
Conflicts with Agreement. To the extent that any provision of this Assignment conflicts or is inconsistent with the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement shall govern.
Conflicts with Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be in conflict with any Company policy, practice or regulation, the former will take precedence.
Conflicts with Agreement. As to all matters covered by this Agreement, the provisions hereof shall control in any case where a conflict may exist between any such provision and any practice, policy or rule or regulations of the Committee or any of the statutes set forth in Section 7(d) of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Conflicts with Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Contract and the terms of the Agreement, this Contract shall rule the relations between Rockford and 3G and the Agreement shall regulate the relations between Suttxx xxx Bartxx xxxer sese.
Conflicts with Agreement. In the event that any specific provision in this First Amendment conflicts with the Agreement in any manner, the terms and conditions of this First Amendment shall control for all purposes.
Conflicts with Agreement. In the case of any conflict between any condition of approval or mitigation measure, and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern, unless Developer agrees otherwise, in writing, in its sole discretion.

Conflicts with Agreement. Nothing in this Bill of Sale, express or implied, is intended to or shall be constrxxx to modify, expand or limit in any way the terms of the Agreement. To the extent that any provision of this Bill of Sale conflicts or is inconsistent with the terms of the Agrxxxxnt, the Agreement shall govern.
