Common use of Conflicts with Applicable Laws Clause in Contracts

Conflicts with Applicable Laws. If any provision of this agreement conflicts with any applicable law or regulation, only the conflicting provision shall be deemed by the parties hereto to be modified to be consistent with the law or regulation or to be deleted if modification is impossible. However, the obligations under this agreement, as modified, shall continue and all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
