Conflicts with Rules and Standards. In the event a provision of this Agreement conflicts with the District’s Design Standards and Construction Specifications or with the District’s Rules and Regulations, the provision, standard, specification, rule or regulation that will most effectively ensure the integrity and efficiency of the District’s system shall govern.
