Conformed Copies Sample Clauses
Conformed Copies. Escrow Agent shall, at the Close of Escrow, deliver to Seller and Buyer a copy of the Seller's Grant Deed(s) (conformed to show recording date) and conformed copies of each document recorded to place title in the condition required by this Agreement.
Conformed Copies. To deliver promptly to the Agents such reasonable number of the following documents as the Agents may request: (i) conformed copies of the Registration Statement (excluding exhibits other than the computation of the ratio of earnings to fixed charges, the Indenture, and this Agreement), (ii) the Prospectus and (iii) any documents incorporated by reference in the Prospectus.
