Conformity to Specifications. Contractor warrants that when the Licensed Software specified in the Authorization Document and all updates and improvements to the Licensed Software are delivered to City, they will be free from defects as to design, material, and workmanship and will perform on the Designated CPU in accordance with the Contractor’s published specifications for the Licensed Software for a period of [insert number] days from City’s Acceptance of such Licensed Software.
Conformity to Specifications. PRAECIS warrants that each Licensed Product delivered to Synthelabo for sale to Third Parties shall conform to the specifications for such Licensed Product as shall be developed by PRAECIS and provided to Synthelabo from time to time, which shall be consistent with those upon which Registration Approval of such Licensed Product was based, and shall have a minimum remaining shelf life at delivery of at least 83% of the total shelf life of such Licensed Product. PRAECIS further warrants that (i) neither it nor any Third Party manufacturer engaged by it shall make any change to its Licensed Product manufacturing process or place of manufacture which would adversely affect Registration Approvals in the Territory, unless consent to such change is first obtained from Synthelabo and (ii) PRAECIS will make any change to the manufacturing process or place of manufacture required by regulatory authorities to maintain Registration Approval in a Territory Country. Synthelabo warrants that any Licensed Products manufactured by, or pursuant to agreements with, it or any of its Affiliates, pursuant to Article 3, for sale to Third Parties shall conform to the specifications for such Licensed Product as shall be developed by PRAECIS and provided to Synthelabo from time to time, which shall be consistent with those upon which Registration Approval of such Licensed Product was based. Synthelabo further warrants that neither it nor any of its Affiliates nor any Third Party manufacturer which it engages, shall make any change to any Licensed Product manufacturing process which it employs which would adversely affect Registration Approvals in the Territory, unless consent to such change is first obtained from PRAECIS.
Conformity to Specifications. CIC cannot assure that the performance of Licensed Product will be uninterrupted or error- free, or that all Licensed Product problems will be corrected, despite CIC’s reasonable efforts to do so. CIC does, however, warrant for a period of ninety (90) days after shipment that: (a) Licensed Product (other than Custom Programs supplied by CIC pursuant to CIC’S Annual Peopleware Schedule), as originally delivered under this Agreement, will substantially conform to the applicable description and specifications contained in the documentation delivered with such Licensed Product; and (b) Custom Programs supplied by CIC pursuant to CIC’s Annual Peopleware Schedule will substantially conform to the specifications set forth in the applicable Exhibit pursuant to CIC’s Annual Peopleware Schedule. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to Licensed Product that has been modified, damaged or used in a manner that does not conform to the instructions and specifications contained in the documentation for such Licensed Product. In the event that Licensed Product does not meet the requirements of this warranty, Customer shall be responsible to so notify CIC in writing during the warranty period and provide CIC with sufficient detail to allow CIC to reproduce the problem. After receiving such notification, CIC will undertake to correct the problem by programming corrections, reasonable “work- around” solutions and/or documentation corrections. If CIC is unable to correct the problem after a reasonable opportunity, CIC will refund the license fees paid for such Licensed Product and Customer’s license to use such Licensed Product will terminate. The foregoing states the complete and entire remedies that Customer has under this warranty. CIC shall have no responsibility for any warranty claims made outside of the warranty period. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO TECHNICAL INFORMATION.
Conformity to Specifications. The System will perform materially as described in Attachment B, Statement of Work.
Conformity to Specifications. The Services provided shall be in strict conformity with the Specifications, the Response and with such instructions as shall from time to time be given by DOC and mutual agreement between the Parties. If the instructions and Specifications contained in this Contract, all Written Authorizations, and all exhibits and attachments hereto and thereto are not sufficiently clear to permit Contractor to proceed with installing or providing the Services, DOC will, either upon its own motion or upon request from Contractor, furnish additional instructions, together with such additional Specifications as may be necessary. When Contractor makes such request, it must be made in ample time to permit the preparation of the instructions and Specifications before the information is required by Contractor to meet the implementation schedule. Such additional instructions and Specifications shall be consistent with this Contract, all Written Authorizations, and all exhibits and attachments hereto and thereto, and shall have the same force and effect as if contained in this Contract, all Written Authorizations, and all exhibits and attachments hereto and thereto.
Conformity to Specifications. FTI warrants that when the Hosted Licensed Software Service is delivered to City, it will be free from defects as to design, material, and workmanship and will perform on in accordance with the FTI’s published Specifications for the Hosted Licensed Software Service.
Conformity to Specifications. All Services and Deliverables shall conform in all respects with all requirements set forth in this Agreement, all Specifications set forth in any SOW or PO under it, all accompanying documentation, as well as all other requirements approved or adopted by GE in writing.

For a period of one (1) year as from the entry into force of the XXXX, the Licensor warrants that: - the Pix4D Software substantially conforms to the specifications detailed in the Documentation; and - the media on which the Pix4D Software is furnished will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use;
Conformity to Specifications. Ganes warrants that, at the time of shipment by Ganes, all Product sold and delivered pursuant to this Supply Agreement will conform to the Specifications.
Conformity to Specifications. Licensor warrants that at the time of Delivery, and thereafter throughout the applicable warranty period, the Software will conform to [*]. If not specified by the Parties on the License Schedule, the warranty period for purposes of Software performance shall be the ninety (90) days period commencing from the date that the Software is Delivered In addition, the warranty period for the Software will be extended by the aggregate time Licensee is unable to effectively use the Software during the specified warranty period as a result of a Defect. If Licensor receives notice of a Software Defect during the warranty period, then Licensor will (at no additional charge) correct the Defect. If (through no fault of Licensee) Licensor is unable or unwilling to correct a Defect that has been identified by Licensee during the warranty period, then Licensee may terminate the applicable License Schedule (in whole or in part) upon notice to Licensor, without financial liability or obligation (for the portion terminated).
