Connecting your Supply Address. If your Supply Address is not connected to the distribution system at the time this Agreement starts, we must arrange for the Distributor to connect it. For Small Use Customers, we must make the request to the Distributor: • the same day you ask us to, so long as you make the request before 3pm on a Business Day, or as otherwise agreed with you; or • the next Business Day after you ask us to, if your request was received after 3pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, or as otherwise agreed with you; so long as: • there is adequate gas supply available at the required volume and pressure at the boundary of your Supply Address; • the equipment at your Supply Address complies with the Regulatory Requirements; and • for existing connections, the meter at your Supply Address is available for use by us where necessary. You will also need to do the following to be connected: • enter into this agreement and provide acceptable identification as required by us; • agree to pay us all relevant fees and charges; • provide us with contact details for billing purposes; • if you are renting the Supply Address, provide us with contact details for the owner or the owner’s agent; • if we ask you to, satisfy us that necessary safe, convenient and unhindered access to your Supply Address, meter and Gas Installation is available; • if we ask you to, provide us with information on the number and types of appliances installed, number of household occupants and anticipated usage of appliances; • if we ask you to, provide us with a Security Deposit or enter into a payment arrangement (see clause 7 for more details); • not have an outstanding debt relating to the supply of natural gas or any other form of gas supplied by us to you at a previous supply address (other than a debt the subject of a dispute, or for which you’ve made repayment arrangements); • for new connections, if we ask you to, provide us with the notice of installation or completion of Gas Installation work from a gas installer; • for new connections, if we ask you to, provide us with estimated gas usage information. The Distributor will connect your Supply Address only in accordance with the Regulatory Requirements.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.
