Connetics Know-How. Connetics hereby grants to InterMune a non-exclusive license under the Connetics Know-How to develop, use, make, have made, import, offer for sale and sell (a) Licensed Products in the Territory, and (b) any products covered by Third Party Product Rights to which Connetics or InterMune acquires rights under the Genentech License in the applicable territory.
