Common use of Consensual Limitations Clause in Contracts

Consensual Limitations. Other than pursuant to the CMMC Bond Indenture, the CMMC Intercompany Debt and the CMMC-MMC Joint Venture Shareholders' Agreement, neither the Borrower nor the other Restricted Parties shall create, incur, assume or suffer to exist, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to create, incur, assume or suffer to exist, any consensual limitation or restriction on its ability to make any payments to the Agent or the Lenders, or provide the security contemplated in the Guarantees or Security Documents to the Agent, or perform or observe any of its other covenants or agreements under any of the Loan Documents, as and when required hereunder and thereunder.
