Consent to be Bound. 16.1. The Applicant’s Chief Executive Officer or designee has read and agrees to be bound by the Standards set forth by the CFA. 16.2. All disputes arising under this Accreditation Agreement of the enforcement, execution, or any other actions, relative to this Accreditation Agreement or any other agreement, standard, rule, or regulation, pertaining to the accreditation process and the maintenance of accreditation thereafter, will be arbitrated in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. 16.3. The person signing on behalf of the Applicant hereby represents and warrants that he/she has the power and the authority to execute this Agreement and to bind the Applicant to all terms and conditions set herein including, but not limited to, the provisions of this Section 16.

Consent to be Bound. 16.1. The Applicant has read the following document and agrees to and accepts the standards set forth by the Florida Corrections Accreditation Commission, Inc. 16.2. The person signing on behalf of the Applicant hereby represents and warrants that he/she has the power and the authority to execute this Agreement and to bind the Applicant to all terms and conditions set herein including, but not limited to, the provisions of Section 11.

Consent to be Bound a. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the moral rights of the Artist nor shall it be interpreted as a waiver of any moral rights of the Artist where subsisting. e. You shall ensure that Product is kept secure and in an encrypted form, and shall use the best available practices and systems applicable to the use of the Product to enforce the restrictions of this Agreement. f. If you do not agree with any term or condition, you are not authorised to download, accept, upgrade, replicate or use the Product for any purpose whatsoever. In addition, certain third party code may be provided with the Product. The third-party license terms, and not the terms of this Agreement, will govern your use of such code. h. By installing, copying or otherwise using upgrades, downgrades or any changes made to the Firmware from Netduma Software Ltd, you agree to be bound by any additional license terms that accompany such upgrades, downgrades or changes. If you do not agree to the additional license terms that accompany such upgrades, downgrades or changes you may not install copy or use such upgrades, downgrades or any changes made to the Firmware from Netduma Software Ltd.

Consent to be Bound. This Agreement shall be subject to ratification, acceptance or approval by the signatory states and intergovernmental organizations referred to in Article IV.

Consent to be Bound. 1. After the adoption of this Agreement, any instrument of ratification or formal confirmation of or accession to the Convention shall also represent consent to be bound by this Agreement. 2. Consent to be Bound. Each subsequent holder of Registrable ------------------- Securities must consent in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Section 2 in order to acquire the rights granted pursuant to Section 2.

Consent to be Bound. 18.1 The Applicant has read and agrees to and accepts the conditions set forth by the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police – ALEAP and its Accreditation or Recognition process. 18.2 The Applicant hereby certifies that all persons signing on behalf of the Applicant are duly authorized to sign and bind the Applicant to all terms and conditions. (The Head of the Agency making application and the Official Head of the Governmental Entity responsible for the Agency must sign the Application.)

Consent to be Bound. This Agreement shall be subject to ratification, acceptance, or approval by the signatory economies, states and intergovernmental organizations referred to in Article III. It shall come into force on the first day of the month immediately following receipt by the depositary of official confirmation of ratification of the Agreement by the third signatory economy.
