Common use of Consent to License Clause in Contracts

Consent to License. Subject to Section 2.7.3, each Party hereby grants its consent to a license to the other Party of the full scope of the licenses granted to such other Party under this Agreement under any Restricted Patent of such Party, provided, however, that such grant does not result in any payment obligations by such first Party to any Co-Owner of such Restricted Patent, other than payments relating to prosecution or maintenance of Patents.
