Consents under Other Basic Documents. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11.04 hereof, the Agent may, with the prior consent of the Required Banks (but not otherwise), consent to any modification, supplement or waiver under any of the Basic Documents, provided that, without the prior consent of each Bank, the Agent shall not (except as provided herein or in the Security Documents) release any Collateral or otherwise terminate any Lien under any Basic Document or agree to additional obligations being secured by such Collateral (unless the Lien for such additional obligations shall be junior and subordinate to the Lien in favor of the other obligations secured by such Basic Document).
