Consequences for Misuse. Subject to the due process provisions established in law and in the applicable collective bargaining agreements, employees may be disciplined for abuse or misuse of the District’s electronic information resources. Such discipline may include provisions up to and including a suspension without pay and/or a recommendation for dismissal.

Consequences for Misuse. The student whose name a system account or technology device is issued will be responsible at all times for its appropriate use. Noncompliance with the guidelines stated here, the Acceptable User Agreement, Student Code of Conduct, and Board Policy may result in disciplinary actions which may include suspension and/or termination of technology privileges. The District will cooperate fully with local, state, and federal officials in any investigation concerning or relating to violations of computer crime laws.

Consequences for Misuse. Should your child choose to violate the Bay City Academy electronic device policy, school personnel will confiscate the device and turn it into the office. Consequences for the offender will occur as follows: Notes: Administration will be immediately notified if a student refuses to surrender an electronic device to school personnel. Refusal will be considered insubordination and will result in disciplinary action that may include xxxxxxxxxx.Xx the event that a student knowingly lends another student their phone, and that student is caught using the device in a manner that violates the cell phone policy, both students will receive consequences as outlined above. All students receive breakfast at no cost to the family. Students may begin arriving at 7:45am to have breakfast before class begins at 8:00am.
