Consequences for Violations. Students are expected to understand and follow this Responsible Use Policy. If a student breaks this agreement, the consequences could include suspension of technology privileges and/or disciplinary action. Resources provided including the school network, Google Apps accounts and any other devices that are purchased by P-TECH OHM, are owned by P-TECH OHM and are not private. P-TECH OHM has the right to access student information and school owned devices at any time.

Consequences for Violations. Failure to comply with the guidelines in the “User Agreement” will result in disciplinary action by staff and/or administration. Consequences may include but are not limited to the actions listed below.
Consequences for Violations. Students who violate the Acceptable Use Policy may lose their ULID privileges at the discretion of the administration. The length of time for which the privileges will be lost will be determined by the administration on an individual basis. Further disciplinary action including, but not limited to, detentions, suspensions, expulsions and police notification will be issued by the administration as deemed necessary.
Consequences for Violations. The District considers violations of the OCS Academic Integrity Policy to be serious offenses and has therefore instituted the following consequences. The consequences apply on a schoolwide and districtwide basis, i.e., a violation in one class follows a student to a different class within the school.

Further disciplinary action may be imposed in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct up to and including suspension, or expulsion, depending on the degree and severity of the violation.
