Consequences for Violations. Students are expected to understand and follow this Responsible Use Policy. If a student breaks this agreement, the consequences could include suspension of technology privileges and/or disciplinary action. Resources provided including the school network, Google Apps accounts and any other devices that are purchased by P-TECH OHM, are owned by P-TECH OHM and are not private. P-TECH OHM has the right to access student information and school owned devices at any time.

Consequences may include, but not be limited to, the loss of a user's privileges to use the school's information technology resources.
