Consequences if the Institute Clause Samples

Consequences if the Institute is not operational during given Academic Year In the event that the Institute is not operational during a given Academic Year (as determined by the steering committee), the same shall constitute a Concessionaire Event of Default and the Implementing Agencies may at their discretion terminate this Contract in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, except in cases where the same is due to the Permitted Events.
