Common use of Consequences of Violation Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Violation. If the Supplier determines that the Customer or the User have violated the Agreement, the Supplier may take any or all of the following actions: a) require an immediate upgrade and payment of the licenses corresponding to the use of the Service at Supplier’s list prices, b) suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice, c) seek damages as a result of the violation of the Agreement and d) report the abuse to the law enforcement authorities.
